This sample email can be used to proactively contact a customer who has not received their order. When SellerCloud receives an "Undeliverable" status from the carrier, that would trigger this email to be sent to the customer.
- Template needs to be assigned to the Order Undelivered email template assignment.
- Email rules must allow this email. This is a per channel setting on the company level.
- Tracking delivery date must be configured
