"Requires Attention" Orders

In ShipBridge, orders can be listed in the Requires Attention Tab.

Orders that are marked as "Require Attention" in ShipBridge can be viewed in SellerCloud using the CustomerServiceStatus - Requires Attention filter on the Orders tab.

Orders can be marked as Requires Attention for different reasons:

  • The order is marked as BackOrder
  • There is no quantity available to fulfill the order
  • This status can be set by plugin rules
