"Requires Attention" Orders

In ShipBridge those orders will be listed in the Requires Attention Tab.

Orders that are marked as "Require Attention" in ShipBridge can be viewed in SellerCloud using the CustomerServiceStatus - Requires Attention filter on the Orders tab.

Orders can be marked as Requires Attention for different reasons:

  • The order is marked as BackOrder
  • There is not quantity for fulfill the order
  • This status can be set by plugin rules
