UPS Web Services

To configure UPS Web Services, complete the following fields:
  1. Your UPS Username
  2. Your UPS Password
  3. License Number - UPS calls this the Access Key
  4. Shipper Number - UPS calls this the Account Number
To obtain the UPS Access Key:
  1. Go to this page If you are shipping with a UPS Canada account, go to
  2. In the side bar, locate the support links.
  3. Navigate Technology Support > Developer Resource Center > UPS Developer Kit.
  4. Click on Step 5.
  5. Press the Request Access Key button at the bottom right. (See image 2 below.)
  6. Follow through the steps outlined. You will need to enter your account number and Access key into ShipBridge.
  7. Click the Test Credentials button. 

To obtain approval to ship via UPS SurePost follow the steps below:

  1. Obtain the UPS credentials as outlined above.
  2. Uncheck Use Production Server.
  3. Click the Generate production access request files button.
  4. Save the files and email them to the address supplied to you from UPS on the production page.
  5. When they receive those files you will receive approval for SurePost shipping.
  6. Check the Use Production Server checkbox.
