The Email Rules page can be found under your company Toolbox > Email Settings > Email Rules
- Set Frequency of Payment Reminders and Feedback reminders. In the below example, SellerCloud will send a payment reminder after the order is 24 hours old and then send a 2nd remind after 3 days. You can also set an option to send a Feedback request only if the order has been marked as delivered.
- Allow Order Welcome, Shipping Confirmation, Feedback and Order Undelivered emails to be sent out. Each channel can be set separately.
