Syncing an FBA Inbound Shipment to a PO

Updated 1 week ago

Please read first! This topic explains how to sync an FBA inbound shipment to a purchase order in SellerCloud's Delta version. For instructions in SellerCloud's original Alpha version, download this file.

A convenient way to order quantity for FBA is by syncing (connecting) an FBA inbound shipment to a purchase order. Note that you can only sync one FBA inbound shipment to one purchase order.

There are two main ways to sync an FBA inbound shipment to a PO:

  • Link the FBA inbound shipment's items to a new or existing PO - This feature lets you create or update a PO for items that the vendor will dropship to the Amazon fulfillment center.

  • Copy an FBA inbound shipment's items to a new or existing PO - This feature lets you create or update a PO for items that will be shipped directly to the seller's warehouse. After you receive the items from the vendor, you will ship them to the Amazon fulfillment center.

Syncing the FBA inbound shipment to a PO

  1. Open the FBA inbound shipment from:
  • FBA Manage Inbound Shipments page; OR
