Choose your filters

There are numerous filters to include the data you want in your report. (Most filters offer single-choice and multiple-choice fields. See a generic example of both.)

After clicking Run Report to show product inventory by warehouse, you can see each specific filter you applied. If a filter is not shown, you left it blank or chose All. Here's a common report filter.

The table below defines each of the filters.

FILTER

Include only the products from one or more companies, or include products from all companies.

Company Groups*

Include only the products from one group of companies, or include products from all companies.

As of Date or Start Date and End Date

Based on the Date Type filter selected, enter either:

  • As of Date - Enter the date on which to show product inventory:
    • The default setting is a daily inventory snapshot as of 11:00 PM yesterday (when the service ran)
    • Click the calendar to see current inventory in today's real-time snapshot. Show me how. Important! Real-time inventory is not stored; it only appears in the report.

  • Start Date and End Date (if Date Range is selected below) - Enter the start and end date period to cover in the report

Date Type

Show product inventory in one of 2 ways:

  • Date Range - Include products in your selected date range. This requires selecting product(s) before running the report.

  • For one SKU - Enter a specific SKU and click Run Report.
  • For all SKUs in your date range or as of date - Leave this field blank and click Run Report.

Group Products by Parent SKU

For shadow products, show only the parent SKU. Child SKUs will be included in the warehouse quantity, total, and value, but will not be shown.

Important! This filter affects the SKU filter for shadow products:

  • If checked, filtering by shadow SKUs will show only the parent SKU
  • If unchecked, filtering by shadow SKUs will show parent and child SKUs on separate rows
