Fulfillment Report

The Fulfillment Report Dashboard focuses on the performance of order fulfillment. Performance is measured against the Order Promise Date - the date by which the order was supposed to be shipped.
This report can help you zero in on why an order may be late; it may be a reason related to the product or related to the workload of a specific day.

The report shows the total qty of orders fulfilled by merchant and breaks them down into 3 categories:
  1. Fulfilled Early - before the order promise date
  2. Fulfilled On Time - on the order promise date
  3. Fulfilled Late - after the order promise date
Several color coded graphs and charts give a visual snapshot of performance. There are also charts that itemize top fulfilling products and top late fulfilling products.
