Blacklisted Domains

Overview

In simple terms, an email domain is the part of the address that comes after the @ symbol. You can configure your email settings in Sellercloud so that no emails are sent to specified domains. This feature is referred to as blacklisting a domain (for example marketplace.amazon.com) and is especially helpful for certain channels such as Amazon, Rakuten (formerly Buy.com), and Newegg.

Please note that if you blacklist an entire domain, you will not be able to send emails to any address on that domain.
