Overview

DSW is one of the largest designers, producers, and retailers of footwear and accessories. Learn how to automate order download, update order status, and refund DSW orders from your Sellercloud account.


Automate Order Download and Tracking Upload

In Sellercloud, you can manage and automate your DSW orders by enabling the following company-specific DSW settings:

  1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > select a company.
  2. In Toolbox, select DSW Settings > General Settings > Edit.
  3. In the DSW General Settings panel, select Enable Order Download.DSW order download
  4. Select Enable Order Fulfillment Upload. Tracking and Ship Date will automatically be sent to update the order status on DSW.
  5. Click Save.

Shipping Method Mapping

You can map the shipping methods sent for each order by DSW to a preferred shipping carrier and service.

  1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > select a company.
  2. In Toolbox, select DSW Settings > Shipping Method Mapping > Edit.
  3. For each DSW Method Name, select a Shipping Method > click Save.DSW shipping method mapping

Refund a DSW Order

You can issue a refund for the DSW orders marked as shipped in Sellercloud.

  1. Go to Orders > Manage Orders > select an order.
  2. On the Order Detail page, select Actions > Issue Refund.
  3. Enter Amount To Refund and Notes > click Refund.DSW order refund

Unship a DSW Order

In Sellercloud, you can also unship an order that has already been marked as Shipped. This is controlled by the Void Postage & Unship Order function found on the order’s Actions menu. That option will automatically void the postage rate paid, and set the order status to Unshipped.

The Void Postage & Unship Order option will appear once the order has been shipped.

Cancel a DSW Order

Cancellation of DSW orders can be done from the ebayenterprise/vendornet portal only. However, you can mark such an order as cancelled in Sellercloud, and thus, prevent its shipping. To do that, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Orders > Manage Orders.
  2. Open the requested DSW order.
  3. Click Actions and select Set Cancelled Internally.Set Cancelled DSW Order
