Overview

Lowes is one of the largest home improvement retailers worldwide. Learn how to automate order download, update order status, and refund Lowes orders from your Sellercloud account.


Automate Order Download and Tracking Upload

You can enable automatic order download from Lowes to your Sellercloud account by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > select a company.
  2. In Toolbox, select Lowes Settings General Settings > Edit.
  3. In the Controls panel, select Enable Order Download > Enable Order Fullfillment Upload.Lowes order download
  4. Select Enable Order Fulfillment Upload. Tracking and Ship Date will automatically be sent to update the order status on Lowes.
  5. Click Save.

Shipping Method Mapping

You can map the shipping methods sent for each order by Lowes to a preferred shipping carrier and service.

  1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > select a company.
  2. In Toolbox, select Lowes Settings > Shipping Method Mapping > Edit.
  3. For each Lowes Method Name, select a Shipping Method > click Save.Lowes shipping method mapping

Refund a Lowes Order

Sellercloud still references Lowes as ATG Stores on the Order Details page. For these orders, you can issue a refund if they are marked as Shipped in Sellercloud. To do this:

  1. Go to Orders > Manage Orders > select an order.
  2. On the Order Detail page, select Actions > Issue Refund.
  3. Enter Amount To Refund and Notes > click Refund.Lowes refund order

Cancel a Lowes Order

You can cancel a Lowes order internally in Sellercloud before it’s marked as shipped. To do this:

  1. Go to Orders > Manage Orders > select an order.
  2. On the Order Detail page, select Actions > Set Cancelled Internally > Save.Kohl's cancel order
