Wayfair Listings Management

Overview

This article explains how to update your Wayfair listings. It also covers how to update replenishable products within the Wayfair system.

Update Wayfair Listings

You can update Wayfair listings manually or automatically.

Manually

The manual Wayfair inventory updates can be done individually or in bulk.

  • Individually: Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog > Open a product > ToolboxWayfair PropertiesActions menu > Upload Inventory Update.
  • In bulk: Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog > Select your products > Action menu > Update Inventory on Channel. In the newly open window, select Wayfair > Select the products > Update.

Automatically

Automation is controlled by Wayfair’s General Setting Enable Inventory Upload. When enabled, Sellercloud periodically sends automatic inventory updates.

Note that pricing changes must be negotiated with a Wayfair representative. Currently, no option exists to update pricing in the inventory feeds. The Wayfair Price field on the product’s Wayfair Properties page is only for reference.

If you have multiple warehouses for Wayfair, use the Channel Warehouse Mapping feature.

Update Replenishable Products

For products marked as replenishable (product is sold regardless of the available quantity), select the Enable Default Qty setting, otherwise, the inventory feed will only send a quantity of 1. The following options will become available once this setting is enabled:

  • Use Default (pre-selected) — Keep this selected if you want to use the Default Qty from the Wayfair Settings page; or
  • Default Qty (used for replenishable products only) — Uncheck the Use Default box and enter a specific number that will always be sent to Wayfair in inventory updates, regardless of the actual inventory available for this product.
