Map locations to Sellercloud warehouses

After Shopify is integrated with Sellercloud, you must map each of these Shopify locations to a warehouse in Sellercloud. This mapping will determine which warehouse’s available inventory is sent for which location, and prevents errors when updating inventory or tracking. Note that if the warehouse is unsellable and does not need to be sent to Shopify, you do not have to map the warehouse.

You should map Shopify locations 1:1 with your sellable warehouses in Sellercloud. If not, Shopify may reject inventory updates and tracking updates.
Important: If you have one Shopify location, but multiple warehouses in Sellercloud, do NOT map the same location to multiple warehouses. You can remove any mappings from the Shopify Locations page so that the full available inventory from all warehouses is sent for the location.

To map Shopify locations to your Sellercloud warehouses:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Open a company > Toolbox > Shopify Locations.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. In the Channel Warehouse Code dropdown, choose your desired warehouse selection.
  4. Click Save.
