Integrating NewEgg
While integrating with Newegg via API is recommended, clients who wish to use the earlier FTP integration can do so using the instruction below.
In order to integrate Sellercloud with your Newegg.com account, you will have to enable FTP access from your Newegg Seller Portal.
Newegg sellers can create/manage FTP access by completing the following steps:
- Log into the Seller Portal.
- Go to Manage Account > Data feed Settings.
- The following option is present in the FTP Order File Format section:

File Format – Allows the seller to set up the order notification file format they would like to receive. The default format is MS Excel. Sellercloud requires the MS Excel format, so no changes are required here. Once confirmed, press Save.

Setting up an FTP
- Press Request in the FTP Settings.
- Enter the password in both the Password and the Re-enter password fields. For confirmation, press Save.
Linking your NewEgg Merchant and Sellercloud accounts
Learn how to link your NewEgg Marchant and Sellercloud accounts in each interface by clicking on the appropriate accordion below.
- Go to Settings > Company Settings > Select a company > Toolbox > NewEgg.com > General Settings.
- Copy the FTP target URL and the credentials from your Seller Portal, and enter them into your Sellercloud account.
Check the Enable Inventory Upload and Enable Order Download boxes only when your products are ready for posting.
- Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Select a company.
- In the Toolbox field, select NewEgg.com > General Settings.
- Copy the FTP target URL and the credentials from your Seller Portal, and enter them into your Sellercloud account.
Check the Enable Inventory Upload and Enable Order Download boxes only when your products are ready for posting.
