In this article, you will learn how to link your SellersApps and Sellercloud accounts.
Integrate with SellersApps
Sellercloud integrates with SellersApps through sending and picking up files from FTP.
- Create a new Export Mapping Profile.
- Enter Profile Name, select Profile Type Product and File type Excel.
- Attach Excel file with the following Export Columns:
EXPORT COLUMN NAME SELLERCLOUD FIELD DETAILS SKU bvc_Product_Properties.ProductID ProductID Item Cost
bvc_Product.SiteCost OR bvc_Product.AverageCost It’s Average Cost or Site Cost depending on what you want to use as an Item Cost. Internal Shipping Cost bvc_Product.ShippingCost Normal MAP Price bvc_Product.MAPPrice Map Price Min Price bvc_Product_Properties_Amazon.StopLossPrice Stop Loss Price (Amazon Properties) Max Price bvc_Product_Properties_Amazon.MaxSellingPriceForAmazon Max Selling Price (Amazon Properties) Strategy bvc_Product_Properties_UserDefined.STRATEGY Custom Columns Repricing Active bvc_Product_Properties_UserDefined.REPRICING_ACTIVE Integration bvc_Product_Properties_UserDefined.INTEGRATION Auto Apply Strategy bvc_Product_Properties_UserDefined.AUTO_APPLY_STRATEGY - Go to Settings > Scheduled Tasks > click Create New Scheduled Task.
- Select Task Type, Task Name, Company and Start Time.
- Click Create.
- Click Edit.
- Select the correct User ID and Saved Search.
- Select Export Mapping Tool profile from the Export via dropdown.
- Enter the File Name of the inventory file you are exporting:
- Entering the placeholder #?QueuedJobID?# populates the filename with the queued job ID.
- Use {yyyy}{MM}{dd} to populate the filename with the date of file creation.
For example, enter the filename as follows: PHI_ONHAND_{yyyy}{MM}{dd} - Use {MM}{dd}{yyyy}{HH}{mm}{ss} – where HH = hours, dd = day, mm = minutes, and ss = seconds – to populate the filename with the current date and time.
For example, enter the filename as follows: PHI_ONHAND_{MM}{dd}{yyyy}{HH}{mm}{ss}
- Choose to export to FTP or Email.
- If exporting to FTP, enter FTP credentials. See bottom of the page if exporting to a VAN.
- If there are multiple folder/directories, enter the remote folder into which the file will be exported, with a forward slash / before the folder name.
- If exporting to email, enter the SMTP credentials or click Copy From Company Settings if those will be used.
- Enable Passive Mode if the connection cannot be made due to firewalls on your server.
- Click on Schedule Enabled > Save.
- If the file does not Import/Export and shows one of these error messages:
- There is no file on FTP matching criteria to process – Add the forward slash before the directory name and retry
- File name _____________________ doesn’t match file name __________________ – Add the forward slash before the file name and retry
- Can’t log in – Check that the FTP credentials are correct
The FTP needs to be provided from the client.

- From the New Task Type dropdown, select Export Products > Go. Set up a name for the tasks, start time, and run frequency.
- Select the correct User ID and Saved Search.
- Select Export Mapping Tool profile from the Export via dropdown.
- Enter the filename of the inventory file you are exporting.
