Overview
Once you are integrated with TopHatter, you can adjust and manage Product Listings Updates using the Sellercloud interface. The product changes can be pushed manually or configured to update automatically on a regular basis.
Sellercloud allows you to post and update individual and multiple products either through its interface or via a file import. Prior to posting or updating a product on the TopHatter channel, it must be TopHatter Enabled.
Post/Update an Individual Product
To submit individual product data to the TopHatter channel, follow the steps described below.
- Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
- Open the product you would like to post or
- Click Toolbox, navigate to Channels, and select TopHatter Properties. Review the product information and make the appropriate changes through the Edit option. Click Save.
- Click Actions and select Post or Update Product.
Post/Update Multiple Products
To submit updates of multiple products at once, follow the steps below.
- Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
- Select the product(s) you would like to update on TopHatter.
- In the bottom-right corner, click on the Actions icon and select Launch on Channel.
- In the Launch on Channel dialog box, select TopHatter, and click the Launch option.
- The task will be submitted to the Queued Job list. Once processed, the update will be sent to the TopHatter channel.
Post/Update Products via Bulk Update
- Access Catalog > Tools > Import Product Info.

- Use the columns listed in the table below when creating a template for updating products on the channel.

Adjust Automatic Updates
To initiate regular product updates on an automatic basis, make the following adjustments. The company-related Enable Inventory Upload option controls the automatic product updates on the TopHatter channel.
- Access Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open a company.
- From the Toolbox, go to TopHatter > General Settings.
- In the upper-right corner, click Edit.
- In the Top Hatters General Settings panel, select the Top Hatters Enabled checkbox to allow posting products on TopHatter and provide other basic info for that channel.
- Click Save.
