INVENTORY PANEL | |
The qty available for eBay. | |
Avail. Qty |
The qty available for eBay. This considers available qty, eBay enabled status, safety quantity, and warehouse inventory restrictions. |
Fixed Price QTY |
This is the maximum quantity sent to eBay when posting or revising an item. If the InventoryAvailableQty is lower than the FixedPriceQuantity, then the lower of the two values is sent.
For example, if the Aggregate Quantity is 15 and the Fixed Price Quantity is 10, Sellercloud will send 10 as the available inventory quantity value. Sellercloud will not send the higher value to eBay, unless the product is set to Replenishable. A default value can be set for FixedPriceQuantity on the eBay Attribute Defaults page, which can be accessed by going to Company > Toolbox > Ebay Settings > eBay Attribute Defaults. To be able to apply this default value on your products, enable client setting Enable eBay Default Fixed Price Qty. Then, on the eBay Properties page check Use Default next to the Fixed Price Qty field or Bulk update using column header FixedPriceQuantityUseDefault. Any products created prior to enabling Client Setting Enable eBay Default Fixed Price Qty will have to be updated manually using the steps provided above. Products created after the setting was enabled will have their default values applied automatically.
eBay Attribute Defaults must be set up separately for each site code based on the site code of your product/s. To do that navigate to Settings > select Company > eBay Settings > eBay Attribute Defaults and configure the default values for each site code by selecting it from the dropdown.
|
Safety QTY |
Helps reduce the risk of overselling by subtracting a number of units from the available quantity. For example, if 5 units are available and the safety quantity is set to 1, only 4 will be sent to eBay.
You can set safety quantity at a company level to default for all products, but you can override this here at the product level. At the company level, there are two settings: one for regular products and one for replenishable products. Typically, the safety quantity is set to “0” when replenishable, since there is no strict inventory for replenishable products. |
Replenishable | Your eBay listing will continually post with the quantity set in the Fixed Price Listing Quantity, regardless of the actual available quantity. |

Read more about Global Shipping Program here. |
Use Shipping Rate Table (Domestic/International) | The Shipping Rate Table in your Account Settings on eBay allows special shipping configuration by Item Cost, Surcharge, or Weight to Alaska and Hawaii, US Protectorates, and APO/AFO.
