Overview
In this article, you will learn how to integrate nsCommerceSpace account to publish and update listings, download orders and upload tracking information directly from Sellercloud. You will get automatic inventory updates once an order is placed.
Integrate with nsCommerceSpace
Follow the steps below to connect to your nsCommerceSpace store.
- Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Select a company.
- In Toolbox, select Website > General > Edit.
- In the Store Type dropdown field, select nsCommerce > Save.
- Return to Toolbox > Sellercloud Integrated Website > nsCommerce General > Edit.
- Go to Actions > Fetch User Token to get credentials for Application and Certificate Key fields > Save.
- Select Verify Token to test if everything is configured correctly.
nsCommerceSpace Settings Explained
You can configure the following settings on the nsCommerceSpace Settings page:

| Store Type | Integrated or plug-in website. |
| Safety Qty | A buffer between the amount of inventory you have and the amount Sellercloud is sending to the channel to prevent overselling of items in high demand. This will be the Safety Quantity used for your products where Use Default is checked on their Website Properties page. |
| Default Qty | Only applies to Replenishable products. For these products, the Default quantity is the number that will always be sent to the channel in inventory updates regardless of the actual available inventory. |
| Website Product View URL | The link to the products list on the website. |
| Website Order View URL | The link to the orders list on the website. |

| Default Inventory Max Qty | Limits the inventory available for nsCommerceSpace. |

| Allow Inventory Upload | Allows nsCommerceSpace to upload inventory information from Sellercloud. |
| Allow Price Upload | Allows nsCommerceSpace to upload price information from Sellercloud. |
| Allow New Product Upload | Select this to post new products to nsCommerceSpace. |
| Allow Order Download | Allows orders to be automatically downloaded from nsCommerceSpace to your Sellercloud account. |
| Allow Download Shipped Orders | Allows orders marked as shipped to be automatically downloaded from nsCommerceSpace to your Sellercloud account. |
| Allow Tracking Upload | Allows nsCommerceSpace to upload tracking numbers from Sellercloud. |
| Allow Unpaid Orders | Enable if you want the orders with no payment to be treated as charged. |
| Allow Partial Paid Orders | Enable if you want the orders with only partial payment to be treated as charged. |
| Allow Active Listings Download | Allows active product listings to be automatically downloaded from nsCommerceSpace to your Sellercloud account. |
| Store Is Enterprise | Check if the store is a form of legal enterprise. |
| Enable Order Download Limit | Set the limit on the orders to be downloaded if there are existing shipped orders in nsCommerceSpace. To prevent orders before that date from downloading into Sellercloud, choose an Order Download Limit Date. |
| Order Download Limit Date | Set the date in the calendar pop-up. |
