Tech Data Account Integration

Overview

Learn how to link your Tech Data account to Sellercloud to post products, manage listings and enable automatic updates.

Integrate with Tech Data

Follow the steps below to integrate your account:

1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open a company.
2. From the Toolbox, select TechData > General Settings.
3. Click Edit.
4. Check the TechData Enabled checkbox.
5. Enter your Username and Password > Click Save.
6. To check if everything is configured correctly, go to Actions > Test Credentials.

Tech Data Documents

Sellercloud’s documents section allows you to find documents that are sent to the vendor in the form of inventory update, price update, tracking update, or product posts. When an error occurs, you can easily find those documents here.

To find Tech Data Documents:

1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open a company.
2. From the Toolbox, select TechData Documents.
3. Click Edit.
4. Choose the Document Type from the dropdown menu > Select dates > Search.

Tech Data Shipping Method Mapping

Sellercloud’s shipping method mapping tool allows you to easily customize shipping for each channel that is integrated with their account. When orders are downloaded into Sellercloud, the shipping method chosen by the customer will import, as well.

1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open a company.
2. From the Toolbox, select Channels > TechData > Shipping Method Mapping.
3. Click Edit.
4. Go to a Shipping Service > Choose a Techdata Method from the dropdown menu > Save.
