Ingram Micro Account Integration

Overview

Ingram Micro is an American distributor of information technology products and services. It is one of Sellercloud’s vendors. This article covers its configuration settings in Sellercloud, its document types, and the shipping method mapping.

Integrate with Ingram Micro

To set Ingram Micro for Sellercloud:

1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open a company.
2. From the Toolbox, go to Vendor DropShip Settings > Ingram Micro > General Settings.
3. Press Edit and set the settings as follows:
   1. Enable Ship Via Ingram Micro — Check the option to enable Ingram Micro for the company in Sellercloud.
   2. Username — Set a username.
   3. Password — Set a password.
   4. Country Code — For now, the only available option is United States.
   5. Dropship Vendor — Select a dropship vendor.
   6. Third Party Freight Account — Third-party freight shipper’s account number.
   7. Auto Release — Automatically releases an order to be shippable if it couldn’t have been shipped for lack of inventory or other reasons.

Ingram Micro Documents

Everything that Sellercloud sends to the vendor, whether it is inventory update, price update, tracking update, or posting a product, is stored in the Documents section of the vendor. When issues occur, the first thing to do is to check the documents that were sent to the channel and what came back. An error message can help to identify the reason for the problem.

To access the Documents page:

1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open a company.
2. From the Toolbox, go to Vendor DropShip Settings > Ingram Micro > Documents.
3. Select a document type, set dates, and press Search.
4. The grid will populate with the documents. Click on the ID to open one and see the details.

Ingram Micro Shipping Method Mapping

To set Ingram carriers for the different shipping services:

1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open a company.
2. From the Toolbox, go to Vendor DropShip Settings > Ingram Micro > Shipping Method Mapping.
3. Press Edit.
4. From the drop-down menus, select Ingram carriers, and press Save.
