  • Returns and Refunds Overview

    When a customer wants to return merchandise that was already shipped, it should be processed through an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). If the order is not yet shipped, meaning there is no tracking info sent to the channel, it can be cancelled and refunded from Sellercloud.
