This report shows all the accounts receivable aging, by order, for all customers or a specific customer. From here, you can open specific orders.
To access this report in Sellercloud, click Reports > Customers & Receivables > A/R Aging Details.
Take a look at a sample grid report for all customers (click image to zoom):
By default, the grid report is grouped by Username with the grid’s rows expanded to show each user’s details, including clickable orders, but you can collapse each username by clicking their down arrow at far left.
You can also use the collapse-all feature (click the top arrow to the left of the Username column) to quickly see Totals for all users. Show me.
You can also ungroup the view by clicking the Username’s context menu > Ungroup.
For the report summarizing the total accounts receivable aging only for a specific customer, see the Accounts Receivable (A/R) Summary.
Choose your filters
There are numerous filters to include the data you want in your report. (Most filters offer single-choice and multiple-choice fields. See a generic example of both.)
After clicking Run Report to show aging totals, you can see each specific filter you applied. If a filter is not shown, you left it blank or chose All. Here’s a common report filter.
The table below defines each of the filters.
FILTER | DESCRIPTION |
Company | Include only the orders from one or more companies, or include orders from all companies. |
Company Groups | Include only the orders from one group of companies, or include all orders.
*Only shown if you enabled the company group setting and grouped companies together. Learn how. |
Channel | Include only the orders from one or more sales channels, or include orders from all channels. |
As of Date | Choose the date on which to show aging of payments due and overpayments. |
