This report shows the total accounts receivable aging for a specific customer, so you can see the total aging balance. From here, you can click the customer’s username to see the orders and payments due or overpayments in the A/R Aging Details report.
To access this report in Sellercloud, click Reports > Customers & Receivables > A/R Aging Summary.

Choose your filters
There are numerous filters to include the data you want in your report. (Most filters offer single-choice and multiple-choice fields. See a generic example of both.)
After clicking Run Report to show aging totals, you can see each specific filter you applied. If a filter is not shown, you left it blank or chose All. Here’s a common report filter.

The table below defines each of the filters.
FILTER | DESCRIPTION |
Company | Include only the orders from one or more companies, or include orders from all companies. |
Company Groups | Include only the orders from one group of companies, or include all orders.
*Only shown if you enabled the company group setting and grouped companies together. Learn how. |
Channel | Include only the orders from one or more sales channels, or include orders from all channels. |
As of Date | Choose the date on which to show the aging of payments due and overpayments. |

About the spreadsheet data
Exported spreadsheets include more data than the grid report. Spreadsheets also let you manipulate data, such as filter within a column, sort with advanced parameters, etc. You can even create custom bar graphs and pie charts; for example, to show daily sales trends for a selected date range.
