Overview
You can create generic condition notes and map each one to an Amazon condition. When the Amazon condition is selected, the note will auto-populate with the mapped condition note.
The Amazon Properties page has a Condition filed in which you can enter more information related to the condition of the product, aside from selecting the actual Amazon product condition.

Configure Amazon Condition Notes
- Go to Settings > Companies > Company Settings > Select a company > Toolbox > Channels > Amazon Settings > Condition Note.
- Enter a note next to the corresponding condition and click Save Grid.
- The condition note will populate when creating a new product or updating an existing product.
