Amazon General Settings Explained
To open Amazon General Settings, go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open your company > Toolbox > Channels > Amazon Settings > General Settings.
The tables below list the options on the page.
Credentials Panel
Option | Description |
Amazon Enabled | Enables Amazon for the selected company. |
This is Amazon Unified Account Parent Company | Marks the company as Amazon Unified Account Parent Company. |
Merchant ID | Enter the Seller ID from Amazon here. |
Enable Amazon MWS Auth Token | Enables the Amazon MWS Authentication Token.
If you do not have an Authentication Token, press the i icon on the MWS Authentication Token field to authorize Sellercloud. Learn more about this token here. |
MWS Authentication Token | Enter the MWS Auth Token from Amazon here. |
MWS Auth Token Expires On | Noneditable field. Shows when the MWS Auth Token expires. |
Amazon Marketplace ID | Enter the Marketplace ID for your selected marketplace. Find the appropriate Marketplace ID here. |
Selling Partner API Token | Noneditable field. Learn more about this token here. |
Selling Partner API Refresh Token | Noneditable field. |
Selling Partner API Token Received On | Noneditable field. |
Selling Partner API Token Expires On | Noneditable field. |

Currency Code For Ship Via FBA Declared Value | Currency for the declared value of orders that are shipped via FBA. |
Inventory Panel
Option | Description |
Product Business Discount | Enables the Business Discount options. Refer to Amazon Business Pricing for more information. |
Safety Qty | The buffer between the amount of inventory you have and the amount Sellercloud is sending to the channel to prevent overselling on high-selling items. It is used to subtract a number from the available quantity. For example, if there are 5 units available and the Safety Quantity is 1, only 4 will be sent to Amazon. |
Safety Qty (Replenishable) | If you want to sell a specific item regardless of the available quantity, mark it as Replenishable. When set to Replenishable, the Safety Qty is ignored. |
Default Qty | Allows you to set a default quantity for the Amazon listings. |
Enable Inventory Max. Qty | Enables a maximum quantity to be displayed regardless of the full quantity.
If you have 1000 units available, and set a max QTY of 10, only 10 will be sent to Amazon. If the available units drop below the set max QTY of 10, all available units will be sent.

Inventory Max Qty | Sets the inventory max quantity. |
Default Fulfillment Latency | Allows you to set the default number of business days between when you receive an order and when you ship it. |
Default Fulfillment Latency (Replenishable) | Allows you to set the default number of business days between when you receive a replenishable order and when you ship it. |
Global Fulfillment Latency | Allows you to temporarily override a lead time to ship set at a product level. |
Enable Order Download Date Limit | Enables the Date Limit field. |
Date Limit | Sets a date before which existing shipped orders in Amazon will not be downloaded into Sellercloud. |
Controls Panel
Option | Description |
Allow Inventory Update | Enables the inventory update. Should be enabled when you are certain your inventory is accurate and your product has been enabled for Amazon. |
Allow Order Download | Enables order download. Enable it when you are ready to ship Amazon orders. |
Allow Amazon Order Cancel Submission | Allows Sellercloud to send order cancellations to Amazon. |
Allow Fulfillment Upload | If enabled, after an order is shipped, the tracking information is uploaded to Amazon periodically. The upload feed typically occurs every hour. |
Allow Price Update (Regular) | Allows Sellercloud to send pricing updates to Amazon. |
Allow Shipping Price Update | Allows Sellercloud to send shipping price updates to Amazon. |
Enable FBA Workflow | Enables the FBA workflow. |
Enable Inventory Health Report | If enabled, this setting will allow Sellercloud to display the current FBA warehouse inventory levels. |
Ignore AFN Listing Exists Column In FBA Inventory Report | Refer to FBA Inventory for more information on the AFN column. |
Auto Create FBA Removal Transfers | Refer to FBA Removals for more information on the FBA removal transfers. |
Enable Settlement Report Download | Refer to Settlements for more information on the Settlement Report Download. |
Enable All Orders Report (Pending Orders) | Refer to Pending Order Reserves for more information on the Settlement Report Download. |
Enable Auto Create Products From Amazon | If enabled, Sellercloud will automatically create products that don’t exist in Sellercloud directly from Amazon. |
Enable Auto Update Products from Amazon | If enabled, Sellercloud will automatically update products with information that has been changed directly in Amazon. |
Do Not Enable For Amazon | Does not enable the product creation and updates from Amazon specifically. |
Update SitePrice Based On Amazon Price | Automatically updates the price in Sellercloud based on the price in Amazon. |
Enable Amazon Transparency | Enables the Amazon Transparency. |
Enable Amazon Remote Fulfillment | Enable Amazon remote fulfillment for this company. More information here. |
