Overview
Sellercloud’s FullBeauty (OneStopPlus) Account Integration allows you to seamlessly manage your listings, import and monitor your orders, configure various product properties, and send back fulfillment and invoice information. By automating key processes and customizing your workflow, you can not only save valuable time but also enhance your company’s overall efficiency.

FullBeauty (OneStopPlus) General Settings
To configure your FullBeauty (OneStopPlus) General Settings:
- Navigate Settings > Companies > Manage Companies and select a company.
- From the Toolbox, select OneStopPlus > General Settings.
- Click Edit and configure the desired options. Once done, Save your changes.
The following tables explain the available settings and their intended purpose.
One Stop Plus General Settings

| OneStopPlus Enabled | Indicates if a company is live on FullBeauty (OneStopPlus). When enabled, Sellercloud will start sending and receiving automatic updates. |

| Safety Qty | A buffer between the amount of inventory you have and the amount Sellercloud is sending to the channel to prevent overselling of items in high demand. This will be the Safety Quantity used for your products where Use Default is checked on their FullBeauty (OneStopPlus) Properties page. |
| Default Qty | This only applies to Replenishable Products. For these products, the Default quantity is the amount that will always be sent to the channel in inventory updates regardless of the actual available inventory. |
| Enable Inventory Upload (846) | Allow Sellercloud to send automatic inventory and price updates for your FullBeauty (OneStopPlus)-enabled products. Only enable this setting once you are ready to have Sellercloud control your inventory on FullBeauty (OneStopPlus). |
| Enable Invoice Upload (810) | Enable automatic invoice upload for each shipped order from your Sellercloud account to FullBeauty (OneStopPlus). |
| Enable Order Download (850) | Enable automatic order download from FullBeauty (OneStopPlus) to your Sellercloud account. |
| Enable Order Functional Acknowledgement (997) | Informs FullBeauty (OneStopPlus) that the order file has been received. |
| Enable Order Acknowledgement (855) | Informs FullBeauty (OneStopPlus) that the order file has been accepted and is being processed. |
| Enable Order Fulfillment Upload (856) | Automatically update the order status on FullBeauty (OneStopPlus) with tracking information and ship date. |

| Use Passive | Enable this setting to use passive mode for data transfer. This can be helpful in bypassing firewalls and filtering the data port connection from the server. |
| Use Secure FTP (SSH) | Enable this setting if you are using a Secure File Transfer Protocol connection (SFTP). |
| Delete FTP Files After Processing | If left unchecked, incoming files will not be removed from the FTP and may cause a timeout during retrieval. We recommend enabling this option only after you test the FullBeauty (OneStopPlus) order download. |

| Inventory Use Passive | Enables the passive transfer of your inventory data. |
| FTP Folder For … (Orders, Inventory, Tracking, Order Acknowledgment, Order Acknowledgment (Functional) and Invoices) | Specify the file path for storing different file types. If you plan to use the root folder for all transactions, enter “/” as the path. |
Actions
On your FullBeauty (OneStopPlus) General Settings page, you can also find related Actions:
- Test FTP Credentials – Use this action to check if the FTP credentials are working correctly.
- Test FTP Credentials (Inventory) – Use this action to check if the FTP inventory credentials are working correctly.
- Download Full Inventory Update – This action will download the full inventory feed update for FullBeauty (OneStopPlus).
- Download Full NewProduct Feed – Use this action to download the full feed with new products.
- Download Full NewProduct Feed (Full Beauty) – Use this action to download the full feed with new Full Beauty products, including a locator tag and any applicable tax codes.
