Orderback: Additional Prompts

Overview

The Additional Prompts in the Orderback Admin Portal enable you to create a custom page where customers can provide additional details regarding their purchase during Order Creation, such as personal messages for gift orders, gift wrapping, etc. When placing a new order, they will be directed to Step 3: Additional Info to answer the questions you’ve configured.

You have the flexibility to set these questions as either mandatory or optional.  You can also make them conditional based on previous responses. Each response is then captured on the Order Details page in Sellercloud, either as an Order Note or as a Custom Column value.
