The Posting Logs provide you with detailed information about the posting actions and data generated by Quickbridge. You can view the actual transactions and their amount posted. Show me a sample.
The Event Logs log how data is generated and sent in Quickbridge. They are used to assist Sellercloud developers in troubleshooting any issues that may occur.
Access the Logs
- Open Quickbridge > Login.
- Go to Help > Previous Logs.
- This will take you to the file folder where you can retrieve your logs.
