Overview
UnbeatableSale offers a variety of merchandise at savings from 30% to 70% off retail prices. Integrating UnbeatableSale allows you to sell on their platform through Sellercloud. This integration works through EDI documents transmitting information between the two services.
Integrate with UnbeatableSale
To initiate integration with UnbeatableSale, you will need to reach out to them directly to request a seller’s account. The integration process works through an FTP. You will be provided with a unique FTP User Name and Password to establish the connection.
- Navigate to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Select a company.
- In Toolbox, select UnbeatableSale > General Settings > Edit.
- Check UnbeatableSale Enabled to enable UnbeatableSale for the selected company.
- Enter the credentials and the FTP server URL > Click Save.
- From Actions > Test FTP Credentials.
UnbeatableSale Settings Explained

Unbeatable Sale Settings
Setting | Description |
UnbeatableSale Enabled | Indicates if a company is live on UnbeatableSale. When enabled, Sellercloud will start sending and receiving automatic updates from UnbatableSales. |
Order Handling Fee Is Per Item | This setting determines if the cost of processing and managing an order on UnbeatableSale is processed as the order total fee or if it is per order item. |
Safety Qty | A buffer between the amount of inventory you have and the amount Sellercloud is sending to the channel to prevent overselling on high-selling items. |
Create Orders Under One User | If enabled, all UnbeatableSale orders will be created under the same user account in Sellercloud. |
Default Qty | This only applies to Replenishable products. For these products, the Default quantity is the quantity that will always be sent with the channel in inventory updates regardless of the actual available inventory. |
Enable Prices Upload | Select this to update prices on UnbeatableSale automatically. |
Enable Inventory Upload | Select this to update inventory on UnbeatableSale automatically. |
Enable Order Download | Select this option when you are ready to ship UnbeatableSale orders. It will allow automatic order import from UnbeatableSale. |
Enable Order Fulfillment Upload | Enable this setting to automatically update the tracking and Ship Date on UnbeatableSale’s order status page. |
Requires Third Party Shipping | Enabling this checkbox allows you to use a third-party provider for shipping UnbeatableSale orders under the company. If enabled without configuring the Third-party Shipping credentials, ShipBridge will display an error message, preventing shipping and charges on your carrier account for orders imported after enabling this setting. |
Import Orders as Unpaid | This setting will import orders with the status Unpaid. |
FTP Settings

Use Passive | FTP has a data transfer mode where the client initiates both connections (control and data) to the server, solving the issue of firewalls blocking the data connection. |
Delete FTP Files After Processing (Test Mode) | If left unchecked, incoming files will not be removed from the FTP and may cause a timeout during retrieval. We recommend checking this option only after you complete the testing stage for the integration |
Folder for Inventory | Folder path for storing Inventory files. |
Folder for Orders | Folder path for retrieving Orders files. |
Folder for Ship Confirm | Folder path for storing Shipping files. |
