Overview

There is a number of settings in Receivebridge that can be enabled to prompt the receiver to input product details. With the product on hand, it is often the most efficient and accurate method of setting product details, like weight and dimensions.

Receive New Products through Receivebridge

In Receivebridge, go to Menu > Options > General Settings. Enable the following settings:

Prompt for Product info – Location, Dimensions, Weight.
Require Serial Number Input – Will only prompt if set in Sellercloud to enter serial when shipping with scan and ship. Read more about serial numbers here.
Save unrecognized UPC to the product summary page.
