ChannelMax Integration

Using ChannelMax

ChannelMax is an Amazon repricing software that allows you to automatically reprice your items and helps you maximize your BuyBox percentage. These price adjustments are based on fixed rules, such as profit margin and competing costs. Sellercloud’s integration allows you to do this across different products from your dashboard.

Every hour, ChannelMax will send prices to items that have changed in the past 5 days using the service ChannelMaxFeedServices. You can confirm the file is successfully sent to ChannelMax by accessing the Product Feed Log:

  • Go to Companies > Company > Toolbox > Product Feed > Feed Logs
You will need to enable the Client Setting Enable Third Party Product Feeds so that Product Feed is visible.
ChannelMaxFeedServices must be running to send updated prices.
While (formerly AppEagle) is run through scheduled tasks, ChannelMax is not. It is not necessary to set up scheduled tasks during the ChannelMax integration process.

Configuring a feed for ChannelMax

  3. Configure ChannelMax to pull the file from your FTP account as described in Data feed to ChannelMAX using FTP.
