Post Products to Reverb

To enable a product for listing on Reverb, you must check Reverb Enabled, and provide both the Make and Model of a product. You have the option to provide the following additional information to get your product listing ready to sell on Reverb:

  1. Check Reverb Enabled to enable the product for the Reverb channel.
  2. Listing ID - Auto-populates when you successfully list the product for the first time.
  3. Set the Merchant SKU (if blank, the Product ID used in SellerCloud will be sent).
  4. Set the price for Reverb (or use the default price).
  5. You can set a specific Title for the Reverb listing (if blank, the Product Name will be sent
    as the title).
  6. Set the Make and Model number for Reverb.
  7. Set the UPC for Reverb. Or, you can check UPC Does Not Apply at bottom.
  8. Choose the Root Category. Optional: You can also designate up to two subcategories by clicking Sub Category 1 and Sub Category 2.
  9. Choose item Condition.
  10. Choose Description Template.
  11. Choose Bump Value.
  12. Set Finish, Year, Shipping ID.
  13. Select Shipping Template.
  14. If the product is Handmade, mark it as such.
  15. If the product is Replenishable, mark it as such. Optional: You can also mark Enable Default Qty (in case of Replenishable).
  16. Set Default Qty, Max Qty, and Safety Qty, or check Use Default.
  17. Check Use Default Location, or set default location.
  18. Check Publish to publish product to Reverb.
  19. Check Accept Offers to accept offers on Reverb.
  20. Click Save.

The listing does not get instantly created on Reverb since they need some time to process it. To
ensure your product is posted with no issues, check the response document from Reverb. This
is located in the related company's Toolbox > Reverb > Documents, select Document Type:
Post Product and check the error tab.


Updating categories on Reverb
If categories are not showing or need to be updated, this must be completed in the Admin Settings of Sellercloud.

  1. Click Admin Settings > Reverb Options.
  2. Select Reverb enabled company from the drop down menu.
  3. Click Update Categories.

Reverb requires the completion of the following properties before a product is ready for listing (the other properties are not mandatory):

  1. Enable the product for the Reverb channel.
  2. Listing ID – Auto-populates when you successfully list the product for the first time.
  3. Set the price for Reverb (or use the default price).
  4. Set the Merchant SKU (if blank, the ProductID used in SellerCloud will be sent).
  5. You can set a specific Title for the Reverb listing (if blank, the Product Name will be sent as the title).
  6. Select the product’s Default Category and Condition.
  7. If the product is Handmade, mark it as such.
  8. UPC – Set this on the product’s General (Home) tab.

The listing does not get instantly created on Reverb since they need some time to process it. To ensure your product is posted with no issues:

  1. Check the response document from Reverb.
  2. Click the company’s Toolbox > Reverb > Documents, select Document Type: PostProduct > Search 
  3. Check the Error column.
