Reverb Listings Management

Overview

Reverb is a marketplace that specializes in new, used, and vintage musical instruments and gear. It is an online platform where musicians, collectors, and music enthusiasts can connect to purchase and sell guitars, drums, keyboards, amplifiers, and other equipment.

You can publish new product listings, update pricing across channels, download reverb orders, receive order tracking updates, and update inventory through Sellercloud. A product must be Ready for Posting first and should have Reverb Enabled in the General Settings page in order to send the correct inventory quantity.

Prepare a Product for Reverb

Before posting a product to Reverb, make sure it’s Reverb-ready. The required attributes to post to Reverb are the Make and Model of the products. The item must also be Reverb-enabled on the Reverb Properties page for the available inventory to upload. Otherwise, a zero inventory list will be uploaded for that product.

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog > Select a product.
  2. Go to Toolbox > Reverb > Click Edit.
  3. In the General panel, check Reverb Enabled.

In order to post a product on Reverb, you also need to select the necessary Categories. If you do not see accurate categories in the modal, open a ticket to Sellercloud Support, and a representative can download them on your server.

You can also provide shipping instructions via a profile or template. You can download your existing Shipping Profiles from the Actions menu on the Reverb General settings page of your integrated company and configure a Profile ID for each SKU you are listing. Alternatively, you can manually create Shipping Templates within Sellercloud. If no Profile ID is provided we will instead attempt to post the SKU with a template. If neither is available, we send our default shipping instructions with values: Amount: 0.0, Currency: USD, and region code: US_CON.
