D&H Account Integration

Overview

In this article you will learn how to link your D&H account to Sellercloud in order to post products, manage listings and enable automatic updates. You will also learn how to enable D&H shipping method mapping.

Integrate with D&H

Follow the steps below to integrate your account:

1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open a company.
2. From the Toolbox, select D&H Settings > General Settings.
3. Click Edit.
4. Check the Enable Ship Via D&H checkbox.
5. Enter Username and Password.
6. Select Warehouse, Dropship Vendor, Default Shipping Carrier, Default Shipping Service from the dropdown menu > Save.
7. To check if everything is configured correctly, go to Actions > Test Settings.

D&H Shipping Method Mapping

Sellercloud’s shipping method mapping tool allows you to easily customize shipping for each channel integrated with your account. When D&H orders are downloaded into Sellercloud, the shipping method chosen by the customer will automatically import as well.

1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open a company.
2. From the Toolbox, select Channels > D&H Settings > D&H Shipping Method Mapping.
3. Click Edit.
4. In the Shipping Service fields, select D&H Carrier and D&H Method.
5. Click Save.
