Email Sent Log


Overview

Sellercloud facilitates email communication by allowing you to manage your email settings, set email rules, create email templates, and access email history, among other actions.

The Email Sent Log is where the email history is displayed. Here, you can review previously sent information, search for specific email information, resend and download emails.


Access the Email Sent Log

Whether you send an email manually or automatically, your entire Sellercloud email information can be accessed via the Email Sent Log.

You can view who sent an email and when, as well as whether the email was sent successfully.

You can search for specific emails by filtering criteria, such as date range, subject, sender, or status.

To access the Email Sent Log:

  1. Go to Settings > Email > Email Sent Log.
  2. Click the View Details icon to preview sent emails. view email delta
  3. From the pop-up window, select Download Email to save the information sent as an EML file.view download email log delta
  4. Click the View .eml icon to download a selected email as an EML file.view eml delta sellercloud
Furthermore, the Email Sent Log displays error messages and allows you to resend an email that hasn’t been sent successfully.

To resend an email:

  1. Select the email you want to resend > Press the button at the top-right corner.

Understand the Email Sent Log

Whether you sent an email manually or automatically, your entire email information through Sellercloud can be accessed via the Email Sent Log.

You can view who and when sent an email, and whether the email was sent successfully.

You can search for specific emails by filtering criteria, such as date range, subject, sender, or status.

To access the Email Sent Log:

  1. Go to Settings > Email Sent Log > Input your criteria > Search.
  2. Click View to preview sent emails. From the pop-up window, you can select Download File to save the information sent as an EML file > Close Window.

Furthermore, the Email Sent Log displays error messages and allows users to resend an email that hasn’t been sent successfully. To resend an email: select the email you want to resend > Press Resend Email from the Select Action dropdown > Go.
