Etsy is a marketplace for handmade items, vintage goods, and craft supplies. Learn how to integrate your Etsy account with Sellercloud.
Integrate with Etsy
Etsy integrates with Sellercloud through API. Follow the steps below to set up the integration.
- Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Select a company.
- In Toolbox, select Etsy > General Settings > Edit.
- Check Etsy Enabled to make products available for listing on Etsy.
- Copy and paste your Etsy Shop Name into the Shop Name field.
- Click Actions > Fetch Token > Click here to login to Etsy.com.
- Etsy provides an API confirmation code. Input the code into the Confirmation Code field> click Confirm account. After you save, the API Key and API Secret Key will be imported.

Indicates a product is available for listing on Etsy. If an item is not Etsy Enabled at the product level, it may still be included in the updates but with a quantity of zero. |

New Listing Status |
You can set the status for new Etsy listings to draft or active by default. |
Safety Qty |
A buffer between the amount of inventory you have and the amount Sellercloud is sending to the channel to prevent overselling on high selling items. |

Set to limit the inventory available for Etsy. |
Default Qty |
Only applies to Replenishable products. For these products, the Default quantity is the number that will always be sent to the channel in inventory updates regardless of the actual available inventory. |

Enable Order Download |
Select this option when you are ready to ship Etsy orders. |
Enable Fulfillment Upload |
Enable this setting to automatically update the tracking and Ship Date on Etsy’s order status page. |
Enable Inventory and Price Upload |
Select this to update inventory and price on Etsy. Enable this option when both your inventory and price are accurate for listings. You may want to set a default safety quantity for your inventory updates. |
Update inventory for Etsy enabled products only |
Select this to send updates only for products that are Etsy Enabled in their Etsy Properties. Please note that if an item is not Etsy Enabled at the product level, it may still be included in the updates but with a quantity of zero. |
Enable Settlement Download |
When enabled, Sellercloud will continually request the latest remittance report from Etsy. |
Integrating Etsy
- Go to Company Settings > Toolbox > Etsy General Settings.
- Copy and paste your Etsy Shop Name into the Shop Name field.
- Go to Action Menu > Fetch Token > Go.
- Press Click here to login to Etsy.com.
- Upon login, Etsy provides an API confirmation code; copy and paste that code into the
Confirmation Code field. - Click Confirm Account. After you save, it imports the API Key and API Secret Key.
- Update.
Enabling settings
- Enable Order Download and Enable Fulfillment Upload— Select these when ready to ship Etsy orders
- Enable Inventory and Price Upload — Select this to update inventory and price on Etsy. Enable this option when both your inventory and price are accurate for listings. You may want to set a default safety quantity for your inventory updates.
- Update inventory for Etsy enabled products only— Select this to send updates only for products that are Etsy Enabled in their Etsy Properties. (If an item is not Etsy Enabled at the product level, it may still be included in the updates but with a quantity of zero.)
- Etsy Enabled — Indicates product is available for Etsy listing. If an item is not Etsy Enabled at the product level, it may still be included in the updates but with a quantity of zero.
Note: If you are using Etsy shop sections to organize your items and want these sections available in each product’s Etsy Properties’ Shop Section dropdown field, click Action Menu > Download Shop Sections > Go.
