Integrating Etsy Marketplace with your Sellercloud account allows you to manage your listings, inventory, orders, and fulfillment.
By automating key processes and customizing the workflow, you can save time and increase efficiency.
Etsy General Settings
To open Etsy General Settings, go to:
- Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open your Company.
- Toolbox > Etsy General Settings.
|Etsy Enabled||By enabling Etsy for the selected company, you allow Sellercloud to communicate automatically with Etsy.|
|Open Auth Token||Your unique Etsy Authentication Token from the Actions menu > Fetch Token For V3.|
|Token Received On||The date your Open AuthToken was received in Sellercloud.|
|Token Expires On||The date your Open Auth Token expires in Sellercloud.|
|Shop ID||Enter the Shop ID from Etsy here. Etsy provides a unique Shop ID once you create the account.|
|Shop Name||Enter your Shop Name here.|
|Safety Qty||The buffer between the amount of inventory you have and the amount Sellercloud is sending to the channel to prevent overselling on high-selling items. It is used to subtract a number from the available quantity. For example, if there are 5 units available and the Safety Quantity is 1, only 4 will be sent to Etsy.|
|Max Qty||The Max Quantity limits the inventory available for Etsy and becomes the maximum quantity shown there, even when more is available.|
|Default Qty||This only applies to Replenishable Products. For these products, the Default quantity is the number that will always be sent to the channel in inventory updates regardless of the actual available inventory.|
|Enable Order Download||Enable to download Etsy orders to Sellercloud automatically.|
|Enable Fulfillment Upload||By enabling this option, you allow Sellercloud to send fulfillment information to Etsy, once an order is processed and shipped.|
|Enable Listings Download||Enable this option to receive listing reports from Etsy.|
|Enable Inventory And Price Upload||Allow Etsy to upload inventory and price information from Sellercloud. Select when you are ready to have Sellercloud control your inventory on Etsy. Note that products that are not Etsy-enabled will be updated with a quantity of zero.|
|Update Inventory For Etsy-Enabled Products Only||This option will allow Etsy to update inventory only for products that are Etsy-enabled.|
|Enable Settlement Download||Refer to Settlements for more information on the Settlement Download.|
|Validate Token||Use this action to check if your Etsy token is still valid.|
|Download Orders||Manually download orders from Etsy to Sellercloud.|
|Fetch Token for V3||Use this action to obtain your Etsy token upon integrating your Sellercloud account with Etsy.|
|Refresh Token for V3||This action will refresh your Etsy token.|
|Get Etsy Shop ID for V3||Use this action to obtain your Shop Id from Etsy.|
|Download Shop Sections||Manually download Shop Sections.|
|Documents||This will lead you to a window where you can see all Etsy documents, related to the API calls transmitted between the two softwares, including Order Doanwloads, Product Updates, and more.|
|General Settings||You will be able to see the Credentials and Options Panel here.|
|Shipping Method Mapping||Here you will have the option to configure the shipping source and shipping mapping for Etsy orders.|
|Shipping Templates||Navigate to this page to see your Etsy Shipping Templates, and add new or delete existing ones.|
