Overview
The Boxes tab has several panels for the Amazon shipments, item quantities, and boxes.
Configure Boxes
- Select the shipment to work on, if you have multiple shipments.
- Select the shipment type: Small Parcel (default) or LTL.
- Configure the shipment’s boxes, including:
- Search for items and move them into boxes by hovering on any SKU in the Item Quantities panel.
- Enter the weight and dimensions of each box in the Boxes panel.
Note: These two values will auto-populate if you are using the case quantity feature and if the product’s Case Weight and Case Dimensions are configured on the product’s Purchasing tab.
- When the Amazon Shipments panel’s Ready column shows a green check, you can either configure the next shipment or click the blue arrow to move to the last step in the wizard: Shipping the items to Amazon.

Amazon Shipments
The table below describes its columns and actions.
COLUMN/ACTION | DESCRIPTION |
Name | Shipment name comprised of the Amazon shipment ID and the shipment ID. |
Type | Choose the shipment type:

Status | Current status of the shipment. |
Ready | A green check appears when you finish the Boxing part of the shipment. |
Item Quantities
The table below describes its columns and actions.
You can use the search bar to find the listed items by SKU, UPC, FNSKU, ASIN, and Product Name. To move them into boxes, hover anywhere on an item’s row and drag the item to the Boxes panel.

SKU | Product SKU in Sellercloud. |
FNSKU | Amazon FBA SKU. |
To Ship | Quantity of items to ship. |
Per Case | Quantity of items per case. |
Prepared* | *Only applicable for Skustack users who have a bin-enforced warehouse requiring items to be picked before shipping. This field only appears if the From Warehouse of the FBA shipment is bin-enforced.
This field must have a value to proceed with the shipment. |
Boxed | The number of units that have already been added to boxes in the Boxes panel. |
Remaining | The number of items that need boxing (the difference between the number of units to ship and units that have been boxed). |
Exp Date* | Add an expiration date that will appear on the item labels.
You can add one expiration date for a whole item here in this section, or add an expiration date per item, per box when adding the item to a box.
*Only available if you checked Enable Expiry date for Amazon FBA shipments in the Client Settings. |
Set Boxes According to Cases* | Prefill the units in boxes based on the cases.
*Only available if you enabled case quantity on the Products tab and configured a product’s case quantity. |
Print Product Labels | Download barcode labels for all items in all boxes. Sellercloud will generate the exact number of required labels. |

Name | Editable box name comprised of the Amazon shipment ID and an auto-generated box number. |
Dimensions* | Box dimensions.
*Will auto-populate if a product’s Case Dimensions are configured on the product’s Purchasing tab, but only if you selected Set Boxes According to Cases in the Item Quantities panel. |
Weight* | Box weight.
*Will auto-populate if a product’s Case Weight is configured on the product’s Purchasing tab, but only if you selected Set Boxes According to Cases in the Item Quantities panel. |
# SKUs | Quantity per SKU. |
# Units | Quantity of items. |
Search | Find an SKU or a box by name in the list of boxes. |
Print 2D labels* | Download a 2D barcode label for the box(es).
*Only available if you chose the 2D value in the Shipment Details tab’s Box Content field. |
Add new box | Create more boxes for the shipment. |
Print Item labels in this Box | Download barcode labels for all items in this box. Sellercloud will generate the exact number of required labels. |
Edit box details | Update a box’s name, weight, dimensions, quantity, and item expiration date. |
Duplicate this box | Copy a box with the same dimensions and/or contents. |
