Overview
You can automate order downloads from Fingerhut, unship orders in your Sellercloud account, or cancel orders internally after cancelling on the Fingerhut seller portal.
Automate Order Download and Tracking Upload
To enable automatic order download from Fingerhut to your Sellercloud account:
- Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Select a company.
- In the Toolbox, select Fingerhut > General Settings > Edit.
- In the Controls panel, select Enable Order Download and Enable Order Fulfillment Upload > Save.
Shipping Method Mapping
You can map the shipping methods sent for each order by Fingerhut to a preferred shipping carrier and service.
- Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Select a company.
- In the Toolbox, select Fingerhut > Shipping Method Mapping > Edit.
- For each Shipping Method, select a Code to Send > click Save.
Fingerhut communicates the required shipping method using codes. Likewise, the shipping codes must be mapped for sending the shipping confirmation.
Refund a Fingerhut Order
You can issue a refund for Fingerhut orders marked as shipped in Sellercloud.
- Go to Orders > Manage Orders > Select an order.
- On the Order Detail page, select Actions > Issue Refund.
- Enter the amount to refund > Add notes > Click Refund.
Cancel Fingerhut Order
Fingerhut orders must be cancelled on the Fingerhut seller portal. After the order is cancelled, activate Set Cancelled Internally in Sellercloud.
- Go to Orders > Manage Orders > Select an order.
- On the Order Details page, go to Actions > Set Cancelled Internally > Save.
- This action will only cancel the order in Sellercloud. It won’t send the cancellation to the channel.
