Home Depot Product Properties
You can access the product’s properties page by navigating to Catalog > Manage Catalog > open a product > Toolbox > Home Depot.
Here, you can configure the following properties and settings:
General Panel
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
Enabled | By enabling this checkbox, you allow Sellercloud to send inventory and price updates to Home Depot. |
Merchant SKU | Sellercloud’s Merchant SKU should be identical to the Vendor SKU in CommerceHub. If Sellercloud’s ProductID matches the Vendor SKU in CommerceHub, this field can be left blank. |
Discontinued | Select the checkbox to mark the product as Discontinued. Such products cannot be purchased and will not be displayed as available. |
Listing ID | The Listing ID in Sellercloud must match the Merchant SKU in CommerceHub. This is an essential requirement for Sellercloud to send inventory updates to Home Depot. |
UPC For Channel | Universal Product Code. Refers to the product’s 12-number barcode used to scan at the point of sale. |
Pricing Panel
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
Retail Price | The retail price mirrors the Site/Retail Price field from the Product Details Page. |
Channel Price | The product price specific to the Home Depot channel. Uncheck the Default box to enter a value manually. |
Listing Details Panel
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
Product Title | Product title specific to the Home Depot listings. If left blank, the Product Name will be used instead. |
Inventory Panel
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
Safety Qty | The product’s Safety Quantity to be subtracted from the Available Qty and prevent overselling. This amount won’t be included in the inventory feed. If you check the Default box, you will pull the Safety Qty from your Company’s Home Depot Settings. |
Avail. Qty | Shows the overall available inventory and the available quantity specifically for this channel. The latter is affected by Safety Quantity, Custom Inventory Calculations, and the Home Depot Channel Warehouse Mapping. |
Enable Default Qty | Select this option to specify the Default Quantity, which only refers to Replenishable Products. For these products, the Default Quantity is the number that will always be sent to the channel in inventory updates regardless of the actual available inventory. |
Default Qty | Enter the Default Qty to be sent to the channel. To manually set this value, deselect the Default checkbox. Alternatively, the default Default Qty value adjusted on the company’s Home Depot Settings will be applied. |
Qty For Home Depot Panel
The Qty For Home Depot panel is only available after configuring the Channel Warehouse Mapping. It displays your product’s per-warehouse inventory, which will be sent in the next feed. Click Go To Mapping to view and manage the Home Depot Channel Warehouse Mapping.
Actions
Sellercloud provides two types of actions to manage your Home Depot listings: Individual and Bulk. The Individual Actions enable you to manage your listings at the product level, while the Bulk Actions allow you to manage multiple listings at once.
Individual Actions
To access the product’s Actions menu, navigate to Catalog > Manage Catalog and open the needed product.
ACTION | DESCRIPTION |
Export Inventory | Exports the product’s inventory information to Home Depot. |
Restrict/Unrestrict For Channel | Temporarily restricts any information for that product to be sent to Home Depot. This includes automatic inventory and price updates. |
Bulk Actions
Some of the Home Depot-related product actions are also available to perform in bulk:
- Navigate to Catalog > Manage Catalog and select the needed products.
- Access the Action menu and choose the required action. Some of the available Bulk Actions are:
- Enable/Disable For Channel…
- Update Inventory on Channel
- Restrict/Unrestrict For Channel
- A Queued job will be created and can be reviewed on your Manage Queued Jobs page. Once it’s completed, the selected products will be updated accordingly.
