Overview
Reebelo is a leading online retailer of new and refurbished phones, tablets, and other electronics. You can integrate your Reebelo account with Sellercloud through customized Profiles and Scheduled Tasks. The workflow allows regular Inventory and price updates, order import, and tracking export.
Prerequisites
You need to have a seller account with Reebelo and discuss setting up an SFTP connection. They will provide you with the necessary credentials for the setup.
Next, you will have to create two Export Profiles and an Import Profile, which will then be set on three separate Scheduled tasks, as well as two Saved Searches: for Products and for Orders.
We offer the option to Integrate with Reebelo Canada. To do this, you will need to set up a dedicated Company configured with the CA Country code and currency. Request Custom Product Column ReebeloCAEnabled to be created for your account by Sellercloud Support. The rest of the setup is identical to the Reebelo US Integration outlined below.
Create Profiles
You need to map three Profiles using our Import Mapping Tool and Export Mapping Tool. You can download the Reebelo templates from the sections below or contact Reebelo directly to obtain them.
For the two Export Profiles:
- Navigate to Settings > Mapping Tools > Manage Export Mapping Profiles.
- Click the blue Actions icon in the bottom right corner > Create.
- On the creation wizard pop-up, fill in the required fields:
- Profile Name – for example, Reebelo Inventory Feed and Reebelo Tracking Export
- Profile type – set to the first to Product and the second to Order
- For the Profile Type Order, a few additional fields will appear. Set Export Type to Tracking and enable Export fully shipped orders only. The Vendor field can remain empty.
- Export File Type – set to CSV.
- Check Export File with Headers.
- Click Template File. Find and select the downloaded template from your device.
- Click Add.
For the Import Profile:
- Navigate to Settings > Mapping Tools > Manage Import Mapping Profiles.
- Click the blue Actions icon in the bottom right corner > Create.
- On the creation wizard pop-up, fill in the required fields:
- Profile Name – for example, Reebelo Orders. `
- Import type – set to Order.
- Skip First Rows – set to 0.
- Check Order is Paid, and Order is Authorized.
- Order Source – set to Website.
- Company – choose the new Reebelo-designated company you created.
- Warehouse – select the warehouse from which you will fulfill your Reebelo Orders.
- Check File contain headers.
- Click Template File. Find and select the downloaded template from your device.
- Click Create.
Map Inventory Export Profile Fields

Sellecloud will automatically send regular inventory and price feeds to Reebelo through this profile. Go to Settings > Mapping Tools > Manage Export Profiles > Open the Reebelo Orders Profile > Click Edit > Map the following fields:
- SKU – map it to bvc_Product.ID
- Price – map it to bvc_Product.SitePrice
- MinPrice – map it to bvc_Product_Properties_UserDefinied.REEBELO_MINPRICE
- Stock – map it to bvc_Product.AggregateQty
Map Tracking Export Profile Fields

Sellecloud will regularly send Reebelo the Tracking information of orders you have fulfilled. Go to Settings > Mapping Tools > Manage Export Profiles > Open the Reebelo Orders Profile > Click Edit > Map the following fields:
- OrderName – map it to bvc_Order.OrderSourceOrderID
- SKU – map it to bvc_OrderItem.ProductID
- Quantity – map it to bvc_OrderItem.Qty
- Carrier – map it to bvc_Order.ShippingCarrier
- Tracking – map it to bvc_Order.TrackingNumberProvided
- Note – map it to bvc_OrderItem.SerialNumbers
Map Order Import Profile Fields

Sellercloud will regularly import all new Reebelo orders through this Profile. Go to Settings > Mapping Tools > Manage Import Profiles > Open the Reebelo Orders Profile > Click Edit > Map the following fields:
- OrderName – map to Order_OrderSourceOrderID
- SKU – map to Order_Item_ProductID
- Quantity – map to Order_Item_Qty
- Price – map to Order_Item_SalePrice
- CreatedAt – map to Order_TimeOfOrder
- ShippingFirstName – map to Order_ShippingFirstName
- ShippingLastName – map to Order_ShippingLastName
- ShippingAddress1 – map to Order_ShippingStreetLine1
- ShippingAddress2 – map to Order_ShippingStreetLine2

Create Scheduled Tasks
To ensure seamless integration, you must automate the data transfer by creating Scheduled Tasks for each Profile.
Inventory Export Task
You can export the inventory and price of selected products and send them to Reebelo. This task type requires a Saved View for products.
Optionally, if you don’t sell all of your products on Reebelo, you can filter by a custom column called ReebeloEnabled (or ReebeloCAEnabled if you are integrating Reebelo Canada). You can also add more filters and custom columns based on your preference. Please contact Sellercloud Support if you would like to use new Custom Columns.
To create a scheduled task that regularly exports inventory to Reebelo:
- Navigate to Settings > Scheduled Tasks.
- In the creation wizard pop-up, fill in:
- Company – select the Reebelo-designated company.
- Task Type – set to Export Products.
- Task Name – enter a name, for example, Reebelo Inventory Feed.
- Start Date – this is the date when the task will run automatically for the first time. However, If you enable the task at a later day, this date will be ignored.
- Click Create.
Next, go to the Scheduled task to finish the configuration and click Edit:
- In the Frequency panel, set your task to run every 30 minutes.
- In the Details panel:
- User ID – select your username.
- Saved Search – select the Product Saved View you created.
- Export Via – select Export Mapping Profile: Reebelo Inventory Feed
- File Name – make sure the name you fill in ends in .csv
- In the Export Options Panel:
- Export To – select FTP.
- Fill in the SFTP credentials provided by Reebelo.
- Enable Use Passive and Use Secure FTP.
- In the General panel, click the toggle button to enable the task.
- Click Save.
Tracking Export Task
Tracking information for orders fulfilled through Sellercloud will be sent to Reebelo on a regular basis. Orders without tracking information should not be included in this export.
This task type requires a Saved View for orders. When creating your saved search, it is recommended to filter by Company, Order Status: In Process or Completed, and Shipping Status: Shipped. Optionally, you can also filter by Payment Status, Tracking Uploaded: Not Uploaded (this will filter for orders that have not had their tracking information exported to the marketplace), and Exported, as well as add more filters based on your preference.
- Navigate to Settings > Scheduled Tasks.
- In the creation wizard pop-up, fill in:
- Company – select the Reebelo-designated company.
- Task Type – set to Export Orders.
- Task Name – for example, Reebelo Tracking Export.
- Start Date – this is the date when the task will run automatically for the first time. However, If you enable the task at a later day, this date will be ignored.
- Click Create.
Next, go to the Scheduled task to finish the configuration and click Edit:
- In the Frequency panel, you can set the Task to run less regularly (for example, every 12 hours), as the tracking export does not need to be “in real time” like the available inventory levels.
- In the Details panel:
- User ID – select your username.
- Saved Search – select the Order Saved View you created.
- Export Via – select Export Mapping Profile: Reebelo Tracking Export.
- File Name – make sure the name you fill in ends with .csv
- Enable Mark Orders As Exported, and This Is Tracking Export.
- In the Export Options Panel:
- Export To – select FTP.
- Fill in the SFTP credentials provided by Reebelo.
- Enable Use Passive and Use Secure FTP.
- In the General panel, click the toggle button to enable the task.
- Click Save.
Order Import Task
Follow these steps to create a scheduled task that regularly imports orders from Reebelo:
- Navigate to Settings > Scheduled Tasks.
- In the creation wizard pop-up, fill in:
- Company – select the Reebelo-designated company.
- Task Type – set to Import Orders.
- Task Name – enter a name, for example, Reebelo Order Import.
- Start Date – this is the date when the task will run automatically for the first time. However, If you enable the task at a later day, this date will be ignored.
- Click Create.
Next, go to the Scheduled task to finish the configuration and click Edit:
- In the Frequency panel, set your task to run every 30 minutes.
- In the Details panel:
- Create Orders for Company – choose the Reebelo-designated company.
- Plugin– select Profile: Reebelo Orders.
- In the Import Options Panel:
- Import From – select FTP.
- Fill in the SFTP credentials provided by Reebelo.
- Enable Use Passive and Use Secure FTP.
- In the General panel, click the toggle button to enable the task.
- Click Save.

- Click Save Profile

- Import type – set to Order.

It is not necessary to map the fields ProductName, CustomerName, ShippingState, and ShippingCountry.
Create Scheduled Tasks

- For User ID, select your username.
- Click the Saved Search menu and select the saved search you created earlier.
- Enter a file name ending with .csv
- Click the Export Via menu and select Export Mapping Profile: Reebelo Inventory Feed.
- Check the Schedule Enabled box at the top.
- Click Save.
Tracking Export Task

- Create Orders for Company: choose your new Reebelo Company.
- Click the Import Via menu and select Import Mapping Profile: Reebelo Orders.
- You can either check Delete Files after Processing or Archive files instead of Delete, so the FTP folder does not get cluttered. The processed file will be saved onto the Queued Job in case you need it for reference at a later point.
- Check the Schedule Enabled box at the top.
- Click Save.
