Report Issues from the Delta Interface


The page explains how to report issues in Sellercloud’s Delta interface. Note that you can also report issues through the Support Portal (requires a login).

Report Issues

When reporting an issue from the Delta interface, follow these steps:

  1. Open Delta and log in. Learn how to log into Delta.
  2. Click the small blue i icon at the bottom of the page, and enter information about the issue in the window’s default Support tab.
  3. Click Submit to create a ticket in the Support Portal (requires a login).
