  • Inventory Levels when Dropshipping

  • Settlements

Settlement reports are typically sent by sales channels and contain payment information such as order-related fees, commissions, or taxes. They provide a detailed summary of the payment transaction, including the transaction date, amount, and settlement status. Settlements can be imported into Sellercloud either automatically or manually.

  • Amazon Products: Fulfilled By Status

Seamlessly configure the fulfillment method for your products. Choose between FBM, where you handle your own packaging and shipping logistics, or FBA, where Amazon takes care of storage and fulfillment. Utilize Sellercloud’s discrepancies report, also known as Fulfilled By Inconsistent. This report highlights items that are not consistently set up as FBA enabled in both Amazon and Sellercloud, ensuring a smooth fulfillment process.

  • Amazon Merchant SKU

Each listing on Amazon has two distinct identifiers – an ASIN, uniquely assigned by Amazon to organize products within its catalog, and a Merchant SKU, the seller’s internal identifier. The Merchant SKU enables sellers to manage and associate their products within these listings effectively. In case of a SKU mismatch between the product identifiers in Sellercloud and Amazon, the Merchant SKU field serves as a means to map the corresponding products.
