Creating a dedicated account for each customer is essential for storing key details such as contact information, addresses, and shipping preferences. These accounts make managing phone and email orders easier by auto-filling customer data and maintaining a complete order history. You can create customer accounts individually or in bulk.

A Statement of Account is a detailed report of selected orders for each customer, summarizing all invoiced amounts and payments. It displays running balances of outstanding invoices, grouped by the number of days past due, and any aged balances as 0-30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90, and over 90 days based on credit terms.

When shipping to wholesale customers, you can bill the shipping charges directly to the customer’s account. Third-party billing to wholesale customers currently works for UPS and FedEx accounts.
