Transaction Reports: Vendor Invoice by Date

Overview

In this article, you will learn how to manage Transaction Reports: Vendor Invoice by Date report in Sellercloud.

Filters

To access this in Sellercloud:

  1. Go to Reports > Transaction > Vendor Invoice by Date.
  2. Choose your filters > Click Run Report.

There are numerous filters to include the data you want in your report.filters

After clicking Run Report, you can see which filters you applied to the grid data.

The table below defines each of the filters:

FILTER DESCRIPTION
Company Include only the orders from one or more companies, or include orders from all companies.
Company Groups* Include only the orders from one group of companies, or include orders from all companies.

*This filter is only shown if you enabled the company group setting and grouped companies together. Here’s how.

Invoice Start Date and End Date The start and end dates of the invoice.
Vendor The name of the vendor.
Reconciled Choose from Reconciled/ Unreconciled or All.
Payment Status Choose from Fully Paid/Partially Paid/Unpaid or All.
Invoice Number The number of the invoice.
Only show invoices that are exported to Quickbooks Enable this to see only invoices exported to Quickbooks in the report.

The Grid Data

Take a look at sample grid data for this report. You can export it to a spreadsheet with additional data by clicking the Export to Excel icon.invoice report

The table below defines each of the columns:

COLUMN DESCRIPTION
Vendor The name of the vendor.
Invoice ID The unique invoice ID number.
Invoice # The number of the invoice.
Invoice Date The date of the invoice.
Amount Total The total amount.
Amount Paid The total amount paid.
Balance The amount of balance.

The Spreadsheet Data

Exported spreadsheets include more data than the grid report. Spreadsheets also let you manipulate data, such as filter within a column, sort with advanced parameters, etc. You can even create custom bar graphs and pie charts; for example, to show daily sales trends for a selected date range.

VendorName The name of the vendor.
VendorID The unique invoice ID number.
CompanyID The unique company ID number.
InvoiceNumber The number of the invoice.
InvoiceDate The date of the invoice.
AmountTotal The total amount.
AmountPaid The total amount paid.
Balance The amount of balance.
CompanyName The name of the company.
QBExported Values TRUE/FALSE.
SCInvoiceID Sellercloud Invoice ID.
Reconciled Values TRUE/FALSE.
POnumber The purchase order number.
