Overview
UntilGone, formerly known as Yugster, is an online shopping platform that offers daily deals on a wide range of products, including electronics, home goods, apparel, accessories, and more. UntilGone offers a selection of new daily deals every day at midnight. The company aims to provide high-quality products at competitive prices, with discounts of up to 80% off retail prices.
Integrating UntilGone into your Sellercloud account allows you to seamlessly import orders, upload tracking information, and ensure your UntilGone store is always up-to-date with the latest inventory data. This integration works through API, transmitting information between the two services via plugins and Scheduled Tasks.
If necessary, you can open a ticket with Sellercloud Support to request additional customizations or other plugins for this integration. Any such modifications will be billable.
Prerequisites
Before you can integrate UntilGone with Sellercloud, complete the following requirements.
UntilGone Support
To use the UntilGone production API, you must validate your integration on a Staging platform. To get staging access to test the integration, contact UntilGone’s Support Team. They will create a vendor account for your company and give you an Access Token.
Sellercloud Support
Open a ticket with Sellercloud Support and request that the following plugins be installed on your server:
- UntilGone Order Import – Imports orders from UntilGone to Sellercloud.
- UntilGone Tracking Export – Exports tracking information to UntilGone.
- UntilGone Product Export – Exports products to UntilGone.
- UntilGone Inventory Export – Exports inventory to UntilGone.
Custom Company Settings
Create the following Custom Company Settings.
On your default company:
- UntilGoneToken – Enter your API Token here. You can find it in the UntilGone Admin Panel > Vendor Profile > Get API Tokens. There will be two tokens. Use the longer one on the bottom.
- UntilGoneFulfillmentDays – The number of days expected for an order to ship.
On the company created for the integration:
- (Optional) UntilGoneWarrantyPhone – The contact phone number for warranty inquiries. Defaults to the company phone number.
- (Optional) UntilGoneWarrantyEmail – The contact email address for warranty inquiries. Defaults to the company email.
- (Optional) UntilGoneWarrantyURL – The URL for warranty inquiries. Defaults to the company website.
- (Optional) UntilGoneWarrantyDuration – The warranty duration. Defaults to 30.
- (Optional) UntilGoneWarrantyProvider – The warranty provider. Defaults to the company name.
Custom Product Columns
Create the following Custom Product Columns:
- (Optional) UntilGone_Enabled – Enable only specific products for UntilGone. Set to True for any products you want to send with the Product Export and Inventory Export plugins. Set the Data Type to Boolean.
- UNTILGONE_PRICE – The item’s selling price on UntilGone. Set the Data Type to String.
- UNTILGONE_COST – The item cost on UntilGone. Set the Data Type to String.
- UNTILGONE_CATEGORY – Enter the category tree here. Set the Data Type to String.
- Example: Apparel & Accessories > Jewelry > Anklets.
- UNTILGONE_INTHEBOX – Enter a comma-separated list of items in the box. Set the Data Type to String.
- Example: Box1,box2,box3.
- UNTILGONE_CONDITIONDETAILS – Additional notes related to the product condition. Set the Data Type to String.
Order Import
The UntilGone Order Import plugin checks the orders on UntilGone for the last seven days and imports them as paid. It also acknowledges the order and sends the expected fulfillment time from the UntilGoneFulfillmentDays Custom Company Setting.
Automate Order Import
To create a Scheduled Task that regularly imports orders from UntilGone to Sellercloud:
- Navigate to Settings > Scheduled Tasks > Manage Scheduled Tasks.
- Click the green + icon: Create New Scheduled Task.
- Complete as follows:
- Click Task Type and select Import Orders.
- Set the Task Name.
- Select the Company.
- Select the Start Time.
- Click CREATE.
- On the Scheduled Task page, click the Edit button at the top right corner.
- In the Details panel:
- Click the Create Orders For Company menu and select your designated company for this integration.
- Click the Plugin menu and select UntilGone Order Import.
- In the Import Options panel, set Import From to None.
- In the Frequency panel, specify the task frequency. For optimal performance, select a range between thirty minutes and one hour.
- In the General panel, click the Enable button.
- Click Save.
Tracking Export
The UntilGone Tracking Export plugin exports tracking from Sellercloud to UntilGone.
Before you move on, create a Saved Search for orders filtered by:
- Company – Choose the UntilGone company
- Order Status – InProcess Or Completed
- Shipping Status – FullyShipped
- Payment Status – Charged
- Tracking Uploaded – No
Automate Tracking Export
To create a Scheduled Task that regularly exports order tracking from Sellercloud to UntilGone:
- Navigate to Settings > Scheduled Tasks > Manage Scheduled Tasks.
- Click the green + icon: Create New Scheduled Task.
- Complete as follows:
- Click Task Type and select Export Orders.
- Set the Task Name.
- Select the Company.
- Select the Start Time.
- Click CREATE.
- On the Scheduled Task page, click the Edit button at the top right corner.
- In the Details panel:
- Click the User ID menu and select your email.
- Click the Saved Search menu and select the saved search you created earlier.
- Click the Export Via menu and select UntilGone Tracking Export.
- Check This Is Tracking Export.
- In the Export Options panel, set Export To to None.
- In the Frequency panel, specify the task frequency. For optimal performance, select a range between thirty minutes and one hour.
- In the General panel, click the Enable toggle button.
- Click Save.
Inventory Export
This plugin exports inventory from Sellercloud to UntilGone.
You can enable only specific products for UntilGone by setting their UntilGone_Enabled Custom Product Column to True:
- For one product at a time: go to the Product Details Page > click Toolbox and select Custom Columns > click Edit, update the UntilGone_Enabled column, and Save.
- For multiple products in bulk: follow the steps to Bulk Update Products and use the UntilGone_Enabled column – set it to True for all products you want to enable.
Before you move on, create a Saved Search for products filtered by UntilGone_Enabled – True. Optionally, you can add more filters to the search.
Unlike core integrations, plugin integrations don’t require products to be in the company where the scheduled tasks are set up. The export will include the products you select with your Saved Search.
Automate Inventory Export
To create a Scheduled Task that regularly exports inventory from Sellercloud to UntilGone:
- Navigate to Settings > Scheduled Tasks > Manage Scheduled Tasks.
- Click the green + icon: Create New Scheduled Task.
- Complete as follows:
- Click Task Type and select Export Products.
- Set the Task Name.
- Select the Company.
- Select the Start Time.
- Click CREATE.
- On the Scheduled Task page, click the Edit button at the top right corner.
- In the Details panel:
- Click the User ID menu and select your email.
- Click the Saved Search menu and select your saved search for products.
- Click the Export Via menu and select UntilGone Inventory Export.
- In the Export Options panel, set Export To to None.
- In the Frequency panel, specify the task frequency. For optimal performance, select a range between thirty minutes and one hour.
- In the General panel, click the Enable toggle button.
- Click Save.
Listing Export
The UntilGone Product Export plugin creates and updates listings on UntilGone. You can either run it manually or automatically.
Create or Update Listings
To create or update listings on UntilGone manually:
- Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
- Set up the filters to find the right products or apply your Inventory Saved Search.
- Select the products.
- Click the blue Actions menu at the bottom right and select Export Products (Catalog).
- Select Plugin and set it to UntilGone Product Export.
- Click Export. This action creates a Queued Job. Once the job is completed, you will receive a Notification.
