Company Groups


Overview

Similar to Product Groups and Order Groups, a Company Group in Sellercloud is a helpful way to organize multiple companies efficiently. It acts as a filter on the Manage Orders page, as well as in various Sellercloud Reports. With Company Groups, you can quickly find and manage products or orders related to specific companies, whether you’re navigating through your inventory, handling orders, or analyzing reports.

Client Settings Enable Company Groups must be enabled for this workflow. To enable the setting, navigate to Settings > Client Settings > General Client Settings.

Configure Company Groups

To configure Company Groups, navigate to:

  1. Settings > Companies > Company Groups.
  2. Click on the plus icon to Create New Group.
  3. Enter a Group Name and add Companies to the new group.
  4. Click Save.

Manage Company Groups

After setting up your company groups, you can edit, delete, or export them.

Edit Company Groups

Modify company groups by adding or removing companies as needed. To do that, navigate to:

  1. Settings > Companies > Company Groups.
  2. Click on the Edit button next to a Company Group in the grid.
  3. Add or remove companies.
  4. Click Save.

Delete Company Groups

Deleting a Company Group will not affect the individual companies inside it.

To delete Company Groups, navigate to:

  1. Settings > Companies > Company Groups.
  2. Select one or more companies from the grid.
  3. Click on the Trash can.

Export Company Groups

The export file contains the Group ID, the Group Name, and the grouped Company Names. To export Company Groups, navigate to:

  1. Settings > Companies > Company Groups.
  2. Select one or more Companies from the grid.
  3. Click on the Export button.
  4. A PDF file containing the information mentioned above will be downloaded on your computer.
