Import Walmart Marketplace Settlements


Overview

A settlement is sent by a channel with information about order-related fees, commissions, and taxes.

Walmart Marketplace settlements are imported automatically into Sellercloud. The import updates commissions, taxes, and fees.


Manage Walmart Marketplace Settlements

You can see all settlements from Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Select a company > Toolbox > Settlement > Settlement > Choose the order source (channel) > Enter your date range > Press Search.

From the grid results, click on any settlement ID to open its details.

If a Walmart Marketplace settlement is not in Sellercloud and you know its Settlement Date, you can manually import it by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Select a company > Toolbox > Settlement > Import Settlement.
  2. From the Channel dropdown, select Walmart Marketplace > Enter the Settlement Date > Press Continue. A queued job will be created.

If a Walmart Marketplace settlement is not in SellerCloud and you know its settlement ID, you can manually import it: Click Company > Toolbox > Import Settlement > choose Walmart Marketplace in the Channel dropdown > Enter the Settlement ID > click Continue. A queued job will be created. Show me where.
