Overview
The Reverb Product Properties page in Sellercloud enables you to manage the data of your Reverb listings. Integrating your Sellercloud account with Reverb allows you to configure various product attributes, view inventory, define prices, and prepare products for posting on Reverb.

Reverb Product Properties
You can access the product properties page by navigating to Catalog > Manage Catalog > Open a product > Toolbox > Reverb Properties.
General Panel
Field | Description |
Reverb Enabled | Enabling Reverb for selected products allows Sellercloud to send automatic inventory and price updates to the channel. |
Listing ID | The Reverb listing ID. Updated automatically when posting a product through Sellercloud or via the active listings report. |
Merchant SKU | This field is used to map alternate Reverb SKUs to their corresponding products in Sellercloud. |
Ready To Post | Yes or No. If you have an item that is not yet ready to post, hover over the section to see a pop-up that lists the missing attributes required to post the product on Reverb. |
Title | Product Title on ReverbWebsite. If the Reverb Title is missing or you select Use Default, Sellercloud will use the Product Name instead. |
Make | Indicate if the product is handmade. |
Model | Enter the Model of your item. |
UPC | This is the product’s Universal Product Code number. |
Condition | Choose from:

Description Template | Choose a Description Template. Description Templates allow you to create numerous reusable templates to fulfill different selling needs. |
Finish | Specify the finish of the product you’re listing. For example, if you’re selling a guitar, the Finish field could include options like Glossy, Matte, Sunburst, Transparent, and so on. |
Year | Fill in the year in which the product was manufactured or produced. |
Shipping Profile ID | Enter a Shipping Profile ID. |
Shipping Template | Select a Shipping Template from the dropdown menu.
Shipping templates (also known as shipping profiles) must be created on Reverb before you can start using them in Sellercloud.

Root Category | Select the product’s main category. |
Sub Category 1 | Select a Subcategory. You can submit up to two subcategories for one root category. |
Sub Category 2 | Select a second Subcategory. You can submit up to two subcategories for one root category. |
Inventory Panel
Field | Description |
Replenishable | Enable for SKUs that are consistently restocked or tend to restock quickly. It keeps your listings active and prevents you from missing out on potential sales. If checked, configure the Default Qty field. |
Enable Default Qty (Replenishable Products) | Displays a Default Qty field and Default checkbox. Default quantity only applies to Replenishable Products. For these products, the default quantity is the amount that will always be sent to the channel in inventory updates, regardless of the actual available inventory. |
Enable Max Qty | Enable this option, if you want to use Max Qty. Once your product’s inventory is below the predefined Max Qty, the actual inventory value will be exported to the channel. |
Safety Quantity | A quantity to subtract from the Available Qty to prevent overselling. This amount won’t be included in the inventory feed. Default – You pull the Safety Quantity from your Company’s Reverb settings by enabling default safety quantity. |
Inventory | Indicates the product Inventory and the inventory available for Reverb. |
Listing Details Panel
Field | Description |
Handmade | Select if your product is handmade. |
Use Default Location | Enable this if you want to use the default location when shipping the product. You can set a default location under your company settings.
If left unchecked, populate the following:

Publish | Displays if the product is published on Reverb. |
Accept Offers | Enable this if you want to automatically accept offers from potential buyers. This will be set to False by default. |
UPC Does Not Apply | Enable this to indicate that the product you are listing does not have a Universal Product Code (UPC) associated with it. |
Bump Value | Choose a percentage to increase your product’s visibility by boosting its value. |
Pricing Panel
Field | Description |
Price | Enter the product’s price. |
Price For Reverb | The price of the product that will be sent to Reverb. Otherwise, it will use the default product’s price on Sellerloud. |
To modify multiple products simultaneously, use the Bulk Update tool.
Actions
To manage your Reverb listings, Sellercloud provides you with two types of actions – Individual and Bulk. The Individual Actions enable you to manage your listings at the product level, while the Bulk Actions allow you to manage multiple listings at once.
Individual Actions
To access the product’s Action menu, go to Manage Catalog > Open a Product > Toolbox > Reverb Properties > Actions.
Action | Description |
Disconnect from Inventory | Once you disconnect your product, Sellercloud will not send any quantities to Reverb, and the last sent quantity will remain on the channel. |
Post Product | Posts the product and creates the listing. Sellercloud pulls a unique listing ID into the Active Listing field. |
Restrict/Unrestrict For Channel | This will temporarily restrict any information for that product to be sent to Reverb. This includes automatic Inventory and Price updates, or even posting on Reverb. |
Revise Description | This action updates the Reverb listing’s description. |
Revise Images | This action will update the Reverb listing’s images. |
Revise Inventory | This action updates the Reverb listing’s quantity. |
Revise Inventory and Price | This action updates the Reverb listing’s price and quantity. |
Revise Price | This action updates the Reverb listing’s price. |
Revise Title | This action will update the Reverb listing’s title. |
Bulk Actions
Some of the Reverb-related product actions are also available to be performed in bulk. Navigate to:
- Catalog > Manage Catalog > Select your products.
- Action menu > Choose an action.
- Once done, Sellercloud will send information for the selected products to Reverb.
