Update Google Shopping Listings

Sellercloud can automatically update the inventory and pricing of your Google Shopping-Enabled products on a regular basis to help keep your Google store up-to-date. You can also update listing details manually, either individually or in bulk.

Price updates for Google Shopping listings are included in the inventory feed by default and cannot be disconnected from it. This is why you must ensure you have the correct Google Shopping-specific prices configured on your products. See Manage Channel-Specific Prices for detailed instructions on how to update your prices in bulk.
Sellercloud sends 0 quantity for products that are not enabled for Google Shopping if automatic inventory updates are enabled on the company level. To prevent inventory from being sent to Google Shopping, you must Restrict the Product before posting it. Once posted, if you restrict the product, Sellercloud will set the quantity on Google Shopping to 0, while retaining the listing’s last price.

Automatically

To initiate regular automatic updates:

  1. Go to Company Settings.
  2. Click Toolbox and select Google Shopping > General Settings.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the Controls panel, check Enable Inventory Upload.
  5. Click Save.
