Overview
The Google Shopping Account Integration allows you to manage your Google Shopping listings directly from the Sellercloud interface. You can create and manage multiple listings simultaneously, update their inventory quantities, pricing, and more. Google Shopping listings can be updated both automatically and manually.

Prepare Products for Google Shopping
Products must meet certain minimum configuration requirements for you to post them on Google Shopping. To prepare products, configure the required product properties listed in the table below:

To prepare a single product for Google Shopping:
- Go to the Product Details Page.
- Click Toolbox and select Google Shopping > Google Shopping.
- Click Edit.
- Check the Ready To Post field in the General panel:
- A red No message means the product is not ready. Hover over it to see what you must do to prepare the product for posting.
- After making changes, click the Refresh Ready To Post Status button.
- A green Yes message means the product is ready for posting.
- Once the product is ready to post, check the Enabled box.
- Click Save.
Search by Google Shopping Status
To find products by their Google Shopping status:
- Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
- Click Add Filter and select Google Shopping Statuses.
- Click Google Shopping Statuses and select a status.
- Click Search. Optionally, you can Save the Search for future use.
Post Products on Google Shopping
You can post products to Google Shopping individually or in bulk.
Individually
To post a single product to Google Shopping:
- Go to the Product Details Page.
- Click Toolbox and select Google Shopping.
- Click Actions, and select Post Product to Google Shopping.
In Bulk
To post multiple products to Google Shopping:
- Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
- Select the products you want to update.
- Click the Actions icon in the bottom-right corner, and select Launch on Channel.
- Select Google Shopping and click Launch.
- The task will be linked to a Queued Job. Once it finishes, you will receive a Notification, and the update will be sent to Google Shopping.
Update Google Shopping Listings
Sellercloud can automatically update the inventory and pricing of your Google Shopping-Enabled products on a regular basis to help keep your Google store up-to-date. You can also update listing details manually, either individually or in bulk.
Automatically
To initiate regular automatic updates:
- Go to Company Settings.
- Click Toolbox and select Google Shopping > General Settings.
- Click Edit.
- In the Controls panel, check Enable Inventory Upload.
- Click Save.
Manually
To update Google Shopping listings individually:
- Go to the Product Details Page.
- Click Toolbox and select Google Shopping.
- Click Actions, and select:
- Post Product to Google Shopping – Fully update the product on Google Shopping. Make sure the General panel’s Enabled box is checked and that the product is Ready To Post. Sellercloud pulls a unique listing ID into the Listing ID field.
- Revise Price & Inventory to Google Shopping – Update the quantity and the price on Google Shopping.
To update Google Shopping listings in bulk:
- Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
- Select the products you want to update.
- Click the Actions icon in the bottom-right corner, and select:
- Update Inventory on Channel – Adjust the products’ stock levels on Google Shopping based on the inventory available in Sellercloud.
- Update Prices on Channel – Update the products’ prices on Google Shopping based on the prices set in Sellercloud.
- Update Images On Channel – Update Product Images on Google Shopping based on the images set in Sellercloud.
- Launch on Channel – Fully update the listings on Google Shopping.
