Overview
The Unfillable Products report page lets you track low inventory items and compare the currently available quantities against items on order. This feature works well with the Out of Stock Notice that alerts you when items are out of stock.
You can easily create new Purchase Orders or FBA shipments by dragging the products in the related cart to auto-populate the required quantity.
Manage Unfillable Products
To view and manage unfillable products:
- Click Inventory.
- Select Tools > Unfillable Products.
- Set up the filters to narrow down the search results.
- Click Search.
Filters
Refer to the table below for filter definitions:

Company | Include only products from one or more companies. |
Unfillable Type | Include only specific types of unfillable products:

Include Sold Statistics for | Include only sold statistics for specific time ranges. |
On Order | Include only products that are or are not on order. |
SKU | Include only specific products. |
Channel | Include only specific channels. |
Warehouse | Include only specific warehouses. |
Channel SubType | Include only specific channel subtypes. |
Exclude Channel | Exclude specific channels. |
Fulfilled By | Include only products with a specific Fulfilled By status – Merchant or Amazon, as set on product pages > Toolbox > Amazon Properties. |

SKU | Shows the product’s SKU. |
Product Name | Shows the product’s name. |
LOC | Shows the product’s Location Notes set on the product page > Inventory > General. |
Vendor | Shows the product’s vendor. |
Vendor SKU | Shows the vendor SKU. |
OnOrder | Shows the product quantity ordered from a vendor but not received yet. |
Qty Avail | Shows the quantity available in sellable warehouses or the specific warehouses selected in the filters. |
Orders Qty | Shows quantities in uncompleted orders. |
Req. Qty | Shows the quantity required to fit all criteria to fulfill orders and increase inventory. |
QtyPerCase | Shows quantity per case, as set on the product’s Toolbox > Purchasing menu. |
Orders |
Shows the number of orders, and you can click for a list of related orders. |
Buyer | Shows the buyer’s email address. |
Replacements | Shows the number of replacement product units. For example, if Product A has Product B as a replacement, and Product B has 100 units available, the “Replacements” for Product A will show 100. |
Reorder Inventory
To quickly reorder inventory based on results in the report:
- Check the box to the left of each product to select it.
- Click the Actions button on the bottom right.
- Select Add to PO or Add to FBA Inbound Shipment.
- Proceed with the next steps depending on your choice.
Purchasing Forecast
Predictive purchasing helps you organize inventory levels and predict what quantities to order in the future based on past sales. You can even set up predictive purchasing to automatically create/suggest purchase orders via a scheduled task.

- Drag and drop the products into the FBA Cart or PO Cart.
- Click Edit Cart to proceed with the purchase order.
- Proceed with the next steps depending on your choice.
